Refund policy

Returns & Exchanges At White Coil, every piece is custom-printed specifically for you the moment you place an order. Because we do not hold inventory, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind.

  • Incorrect size selection (please refer to our size chart before ordering).

  • Colors appearing slightly different on screen vs. physical fabric.

Damaged or Defective Items If you receive a product that is physically damaged or has a clear printing error, we will make it right.

  1. Contact us at [SUPPORT@WHITECOIL.SHOP] within 7 days of delivery.

  2. Include your Order Number and a clear photo of the damage/defect.

  3. Once verified, we will ship a replacement to you at no additional cost. We do not offer cash refunds; we only provide replacements for valid claims.
